I thought of writing a cookbook, not really writing it, because I have all of her recipes

from her short career as a Personal Chef. I even kept her Logo.

I thought further; why not just dedicate a web page to her, and write the cookbook.

Proceeds (if any) funnel to a charity in her name to raise awareness about

how to cope with helping a loved one who is in the throes of Dementia.

I would consult a publishing company. Nice idea.

Even if you can't get it published, you could do it on your own and give it as keepsakes to your family. My Mom wrote a memoir about her memories of her big Irish family and all the cousins were given copies at the family reunion. They loved them then, and even now 20 years later when they still read them. Since she was the last of 11 siblings to die, it was good to have her memories documented because they would have been lost otherwise.

I would suggest Lulu.com as a way of doing this. You can then buy and distribute to those you want, and others can purchase online.

How delightful.
Many public schools are adding cooking courses and some even have competition cooking teams. You could always gift copies to one.
Or you could give a small scholarship stipend in her name to a graduate attending cooking school.
