I'm just wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to get the original sights on my MKIII replaced with three dot sights? I've looked around the net a bit but haven't found anything useful.
Unknown, I don't own a Ruger MKIII; I went looking on line and was not able to see a real good picture of the sights, So I will try and make an educated guess based on other weapons. If the sights are milled into the frame, meaning that there is a clear way the sights can be slid out, and new sights added, then I would say yes you should be able to replace the Ruger MKIII sights with a 3-dot variant. But if there is no milling, then you would most likely have to have a gunsmith perform the equivalent, or drill and paint a 3-dot system into the Ruger MKIII. I wish I had a better answer for you.
