Thanks for posting, Chuck. I envy you guys living in a pro-2A state whereas where I am is limited to a 10-round capacity and if it's only approved by the CA DOJ to sell.

Is that a 1911 style Kimber? SAO?

Yes, that's a Kimber 1911, the full name is Kimber Custom.

Beautiful revolvers. I have considered getting the S&W 586 for a long time. Have you ever carried the 686 on you during the day? If so, how heavy/bulky is it?

I carried it out in the BLM land hiking where open carry is legal. By the end of day, it was dragging my belt. I think an easier method is to carry it in a chest/ shoulder holster.

Is that lighting or did you get those cold colored? I have an unhealthy like for gaudy, awful gold-colored guns.
