I've had pink & blue fairly regularly off and on for the past 2 years. Not too distracting but just enough to be playful & fun.

None hair dye ruins your hair anyway and those funky, loud colors look ridiculous to me.

None, streaky colors says 19. Also, it's not that in anymore to have a lot of highlights.

I agree with none. Its more a teen thing in my brain. I used to color my whole head in bright colors. It just makes me think of the 90s.
