I would think he'd have to use bleach. You can't lift color with color, you need bleach. Honestly, corrective coloring is risky considering this is the same person that messed your hair up. It will dry your hair much more, that's a given even with topical conditioners. You may want to consider getting your money back and going for some consults before you decide what to do.

Thank you. Just not a color I would purposely choose to put on my hair as I don't have the skin tone for it. My hair looks a lot better (thankfully) now after my color correcting appt today- thank goodness.

Thanks. Yes, he did have to use bleach.
Got my hair fixed by him today. Luckily, my hair looks okay now.
