Any tips? My hair is waist length.

Also, I need some recommendations on good moisturizing products that can be bought from a drugstore!

The cold and dryness. Its like the cold, dry, windy air makes my hair dry out and turn crunchy even though its not dyed or anything.

Hmmm...I have never noticed that, I guess. I don't do anything differently to/with my hair in cold weather.

Maybe someone else does and can help you.

I put olive oil or grape seed oil on the tips of my hair. I know, it makes it greasy, but if you put it into a bun, it is okay.

Or have it sit in my hair and scalp overnight and wash the next morning.

Since olive oil is good for dry skin, I wondered what it would do for dry hair. Starting about an inch from my scalp, I applied olive oil all over my hair and put on a shower cap for 15 minutes. It washed out with one shampoo application and my hair felt more moisturized immediately. Glad I decided to give it a try because it works quickly and is cheap - my kinda product.

My sisters and I use mayonaise on our hair for about an hour and then shampoo it out . It works very well and you will not believe how shiny it will make your hair and I got this tip from a hairdresser . Also use a winter hat when going outside during the day and night .
