I am 18 and this is really bugging me. During all my childhood my hairs were soft and it gradually lost it. See the before and after picture. Is there a way to get back my soft hairs ?
You could try what I used to restore my hair, Pro Naturals Hair Repair System. My hair became brittle, broke off, lost its shine and body, but this was due to my skin & hair's reaction to long exposure to radiotherapy. Because it is a hair repair system once the hair is restored it only requires you to follow the suggested regime. A couple of the ladies in my radiotherapy group have similar hair type to yours. It took me roughly one month but at least 2 months for my friends. It really depends on what caused it in the first place. It could be just you growing up. Perhaps you should do more desk research to find out???
I'd chalk this up to becoming a man/adult. You really cannot go back in time to baby fine, but you can however improve hair health by first taking a good look at the foods you eat. If you don't use it already, oils (like unrefined coconut) can do incredible things for the hair & scalp.
This is happened to me and I lost softness of my hairs but my beautician suggest me to try Redken Shampoo which is perfect for my hairs. I think you should try this shampoo or you can try protein shampoo to improve your hairs softness.
Try to use only natural hair products for your hair. Don't mix up the products you are using, this can affect your hair very much. When using products like hair straightener, hair roller, hair dryer, etc, buy only good quality products. Quality products may be expensive, but they are worth buying. Consult some hair specialist for more details.
Thanks a lot guys. You all really have been of great help.
