Non-greasy feeling hairstyling products? (smell, look, natural, long)

Are there any hairstyling products that can provide any kind of hold yet remain non-greasy when the hair is touched after product application?

I ask this because I want to maintain a short hairstyle but I also don't want my hair to feel greasy because whenever my hookup partner and I become physically intimate she likes to run her fingers through my hair. In addition, she's somewhat of a clean freak and a germaphobe.

I don't care if physical contact will cause hair dishevellment just as long as the product does not feel greasy after application.

Most of the time, if I use silicone based products, it doesn't leave my hair greasy. I use a tiny amount, though. Lately I've been using Coolway Glow Finishing Oil (has seaweed, vitamin E)- LOVE this stuff. I use it before styling.
