I messed with Sun-In, too, when I was in my teens. ha! I colored my hair a few times in my 20s, and maybe once in my early 30s; but haven't done a thing since (early 40s now)

I have brown hair with red highlights naturally and dyed it a few times around age 20. Several shades of red and then some blond highlights. I stylist messed up the highlights pretty bad, so I decided to grow it out. I hated growing it out so much that I decided not to dye it again until I started to gray. I am 41 and still waiting. I must admit, I am a little bored with the color, though it is more red than when I was younger.

Been covering the gray for 30 years....each month.....starting the process of going gray now that I am in my early 60’s. Oh the $$$$ I have spent on professional coloring. At this age..no one is fooled.

I dyed my hair in the 60's when I was a teenager, back then there were no pinks, blues, etc. just regular hair color....finally quit, my natural hair is honey blonde, I don't know why I bothered dying it lighter or darker. At 72 I have few greys among the blonde, don't know if I'll dye it as it gets greyer or not.

Twice maybe as a teenager, and then again a couple of times as a young twenty year old. I went through a phase and I dyed it red, black, blond.

Then once I stopped I decided I wouldn't dye it again until I went really gray. I haven't dyed it since. So maybe five times total in my 41 years of life.

Too many times to count. When I was in my 20s I dyed it once a week. Im a natural redhead but I colored it darker, lighter, highlights... You name it. The darker looked horrible...

A few times when I was younger and dumber. Now I'm happy with what Mother Nature blessed me with. I can't understand why people dye their hair, especially those with beautiful dark hair that bleach it blonde. They always look horrible.
