The women at work get their haircut every 60 days or so. It seems like most have got the same haircut every time. Rarely do they have their stylist cut or more less any given time. The stylists call them maintenance haircuts.

How about you, do you get the same haircut each time you go to the salon?

Well, there's my plan for what's going to happen and there's the hairdresser's interpretation.

Lately the two haven't been matching up so well.
I've been having some very different styles when I've walked out of the salon.

As a general rule, up till now, I go lighter (blonder) in Summer and have my hair cut a little shorter but not too short because in the Summer I like to wear my hair up off the back of my neck to keep me cool. It helps if it's not layered too much so it goes back easily in a hair tie and stays there.
In the Winter I usually have my hair a little darker and more layers cut into it, oh and not as short with the cut because I'm more likely to grow my hair in the winter and I wear it down more often because I don't get as overheated in the Winter.

Never!

I cut my own or go salon and I never get the same thing.

Ive been:
red
blonde
black
brown
plat. blonde (white)
pink
green
blue
purple
stripes

Buzzed
Long like "the nanny" minus jersey bangs
bobbed like Uma in Kill Bill
Rianna cut
Twiggy cut (short and long)
Rosemary's baby Vidal cut (short)
Posh Spice - Changed that as soon as she did it. Was so ticked as its a nice wash and wear cut

Hmmm...so many years...so many colors and cuts...I know I am forgetting many of them.

I rarely get the same cut. I like trying new things. The way I think about it - the stuff grows out - so in six weeks, I can do something different if I wasn't thrilled w/ the look, LOL!!!

I like that term "Jersey bangs" I am orginally from New Jersey and have had bangs all my life - maybe I am dated?

I keep my cut and color for a few months (maybe 4 or 5) then I get bored and change everything. Recently I let my hair grow out, and it was down past my shoulders, fairly long for me. I just got it cut (about 5 in) and colored a new color LOL I keep bangs most of the time, that transition period from them being a good length, to down past your eyes and then when you can't do anything with them is just too much for me to handle LOL
