You'll find that no two salons are the same. Upscale or bottom feeders are no different.

Fast or slow.....no different.

So to answer your question....yes and no.

You CANNOT lump everybody in an entire country in one category.

I think it's a service oriented business, so if you don't like how she treated you then you have the right to say something and tell her that you're uncomfortable!
