I can't really see what your real hair colour is. Maybe you can get some highlights? Go to a professional colourist so you don't make any mistakes. I dyed my hair from blonde (HORRIBLE) to redpurpleblue - anyway, in the end I realised that the best colour was my natural colour. You can just change your hairstyle - get some layers (for volume).

I had dyed my hair, last month, to blonde (it turned out good. Was a medium blonde shade), but it just wasn't me. So, I settled for Light Golden Brown (#54 Revlon Colorsilk). It turned out great! Now I have a haircolor I can stick with for a year or more now. I love it and so does everyone else. Light brown is definitely for me.

I'd say, go to a professional, since you've colored it yourself so many times. Then after, don't color but 1-2 times a year (I never color more than 2 times a year, too harsh). Try to pick a color that is you and that you can stick with for more than a year.

So, when you go to the salon, have the colorist/stylist let you look at a color chart (some salons have them where they use real hair samples and such). And pick wisely and ask her or him what they think what color would look great on you. Some are really good at that too.

If unsure, just get highlights and keep them for a few months before you change again. Highlights are always winners when you can't decide what color to pick.

Your skin def looks cool toned. If I were you I would dye it a light blonde.
Stick to cool blonde shades though, the brighter ones with less pigments.
Don't do honey or caramel shades or it will make your skin look horrible.
I really do think that a light, light blonde would look real good on you.
It would flatter your skin tone and make your eyes pop, since they look so dark.
If you have already dyed your hair a lot though, MAKE SURE to go to a salon this time.
Especially if you decided to go lighter - you really don't wanna mess that up.

Good luck! =)

Oh wow, your eye color is so pretty. I didn't even see the color in the first picture!!
I do think that that color would look nice with the green, it'd make your eye color scream.
Make sure that you are nice to your hair after to prevent damage.
Get regular trims, deep condition and use hot oil treatment once a week.
Maybe try using a clear at home glossing product once a month.
That way your color will look fresher and also last longer, too.
Good luck, I'm sure that it is going to look great!
