Can anyone recommend an African-American or Dominican or salon in the NYC metro area (Queens, if possible) that can cut my hair wet? I'm looking for someone who really knows how to cut. I don't have a perm and my natural hair is multi-textured (3c/4a).

Evelyn Beauty Salon is an all Dominican Salon, they moved to Indianapolis from Brooklyn New York they are pretty good. The address is 2626 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, In 46222, Telephone 317-822-4783. A lot of my friends and I go to the salon.
