I live in South Florida and after many years I am about to throw up my hands. I am so perplexed and frustrated. I have yet to find someone who really knows how to cut hair. I live n an area where you wouldn't think that would be the case. And my hair should be easy enough - short and straight.
Who are the best hair salons (not spas, please) in your city?
I figure other women are having the same frustrating experiences and your input would be greatly appreciated. Also, I have come to learn that most of the reviews on the web are bogus.
