Hello All,

I am moving to the area in 3 weeks and am trying to get some advice on some nice places to live. I am a single 30 yr old male relocating for a new job and will be working close to the patrick henry mall?? on jefferson ave. i would be looking for a 2 bdrm apt(not redy to cut grass yet unless its a great deal or has a garage) or condo within a reasonable distance. I have never been to the area and am kinda had the following in mind.

likes: short commute, close to a beach with waves, safe
dislikes: unsafe

looking to spend around a grand. Less would be great

any input would be great!
