Roomate inconsiderate? (Hampton: insurance, house, landlord)

I have rented this space dor 3 years, 2 rooms share bath, kitchen. My roommate/landlord has been dating this shiftless person on and off. When I first moved to this space I specifically asked about cats, I am severly allergic (asthma follow by hospitalization) if around them. This boyfriend agaist landloard permission does what he likes, without any reprecussions. He has let strange people (drugies) into the , house, we were robbed, had to go to court 2 times, so I had to take off work. All this selfish so called male was concern about was the $42 he gave the guy, not that perfumes and laptop was stolen. This guy, oesn't work and she pays his way. He charges her to change a flat, anything he does she pays. His latest, I came home from work he has a cat in the house, my roommate said oh he misses his cat and she did not think it would matter since my room is upstairs and she told him I was allergic but he brought the cat in anyway. I told her it was her house and I pay rent, and that I have to use the bathroom and kitchen downstairs and that cat antigens are airborn. I ended up having to go for emergency treatment (I do not have insurance) Today, I came home to find a boxed tree up in my room. He has decided he can come in my space now. I have started to look for a new place. Oh let me mentioned that my roommate entire family hates this guy and thinks he's pimping her. How/what can I say to make her respect my space and realize how rude it is that this guy has taken over. He once told her to put his name on the house and he would marry her. God how desperate! Any help anyone?!!!!!!! Anyone in Hampton area who needs a roomer?
