Halloween used to be my favorite holiday until I moved here. I still don't understand the reasoning behind the ordinance prohibiting 'trick or treating' for anyone over the age of 12. When I used to go all out for Halloween, it was great fun to scare teens and adults with terrific costumes and props of all kinds. Now, Halloween seems lame. There aren't any teens or adults out to scare!

Thanks for posting the information. I can at least relay it to my friends in the area that have young children.
