Hi and thanks to all who reply.ANY info or advice it would be GREATLY appreciated. Our Norfolk experience was awful and we're really trying to get it right this time. I swear we've dealt with everything from exploding kitchen sinks to evil air conditioners. Where ever we go doesn't have to be perfect... just predictable. And sanitary.
