Not interested in over 55 communities........price range from the $170,000's to about 230,000 or so. Would like the availability of a pool, other than that, we are pretty open.

Braemar Creek, White Hall,(pool in the works) Liberty Crossings Fairway Villas, Villages of Powhatan, Longhill Gate, Westgate ,The Mews , Seasons Trace, fit your parameters. The pool at Villages at Powhatan is a hike and across News Rd, The list is in age order, i.e. Braemar Creek is the newest built from 2006- 2011, The Mews is the oldest , built in the late 1980's

first floor master would be nice.....send the rest of the guests upstairs if needed. not something set in stone, however.

First Floor master eliminates Seasons Trace and very few in Kingsmill at that price range. All the others offer them,

Yes, Indoor pools at the JCC Rec Centers on Longhill Rd, and the YMCA near the hospital, Outdoor pools at Chickahominy Park, Upper County Park and Quarterpath Park, Williamsburg Community Pool. A few of the older neighborhoods encourage outside residents to join as well. These include Windsor Forest, Kingswood, Queens Lake and First Colony.

I have seen a few condos in Barclay Square......I know that area. Is it a safe place or are we better off not looking at that complex at all?
