www.organicfooddepot.com

It's on Holland Rd. near the Independence split. You can also set up an online account with them, where you do your shopping online, then go to the store to pick up your weekly order. They have a branch in Ghent as well, but I don't know if they do online ordering pickup there.

Grass fed beef...the Village Butcher in Hilltop shopping center. The organic store at the Dam Neck farmer's market has a fair selection of frozen organic grass-fed beef from Polyface Farm (the farm featured in the movie Food, Inc.)

if you do not mind making a trip to central virginia once a month or maybe less you could hit the farmers marekts in Nelson couinty and charlotttesville. They have a variety of grass fed beef producers and they will often take regular orders if you are a reliable customer and make sure you are well supplied. Some may even be willing to deliver to the area.
My favortie is Davis Creek Farms.
All natural, local, grass-fed beef and chicken in central Virginia - Davis Creek Farm

Check out Five Points Farm Market at the corner of Church and 26th. Such a great place, and the people who run it are way cool.
