Anyone know about this new apartment building being built in Williamsburg? It's called City Lofts, and claims to be a development with 94 one-bedroom student apartments. Does this mean only students can live there, or could it be affordable apartments for anyone looking for a small space?

Its a redo a an existing hotel. Aimed at students although I think anyone can rent there. A great use for one of the many underutilized hotels in town.

I totally agree--win win for everyone. It's even a good deal for the neighbors, since they've been used to a hotel there so student housing won't seem any noisier or busier. I wonder if it'll be ready in time for the incoming Williams and Mary students this fall?

Because of the special zoning district created for the project, only students would be eligible to rent.
