From this forum, I am thinking my husband and I might look into the greatneck/shore area..chicks beach, or anywhere in that area. I am from FL and love the idea of living in a beachy area (even if the beach isn't like FL beaches). We're moving from overseas.

Shore Drive in the area you are looking at residing has many apartments and if you check in the Pleasure House Road area, there are many townhomes and condos to rent. Check the listings and you should find something to your liking.
