I have a house in Southampton County just outside of Franklin Va. I am preparing to move to Charlotteville Va. What I have is the following

1. 1800 Square Foot home Built 6 years ago

2. Double Car garage with upstairs effiencey not yet finished but has all the counters sinks and stove in place and is heated and A/C central. Garage is heated and A/C off same system

3. Very large inground pool with diving board and 10ft deep end. Cement walkway all around pool with pool house (400 sqare ft) River bed rock beyond that with 6 ft white panel fence around pool.

4. Large vehicle shelter behind pool that will hold a large RV

5. Small barn used for horses

6. Small bard on far side of property for horses also.

7. Appox 3 acres fenced for horses.

8. Eleven Acres total plus some woods

Pictures are available. We are leaving in June when school is out. We are asking $2,000 dollars up front to hold the property and to help us secure our new home. Payments at this time on propety is $1,900 monthly but you may be can refinance after obtaining take over. Taxes are 2,000 a year not included on mortage. This is not a scam we just need to get into our new home and we just want out of this one. Yes it it underwater at this time by about $50,000 but with kind of deal it is perfect.

Hello, I am interested in taking over payments on a mortgage, and your situation sounds like it could be a good deal for the both of us. i was wondering if you were still looking to move out of your home, and if so, do you have some kind of contact information. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
