I posted this in Coastal NC but haven't received a response so i thought i would post here.

I know this is a very LONG commute but if living in Moyock and working in Newport News is there a ways to avoid the $4.00/day toll on RT.168 Chesapeake Express way with out adding a significant amount of time to the commute. Can you take the rt.168 S. Battlefield Boulevard around the the toll section?

there are so many stops and lights along Battlefield blvd that unfortunately it is better to take the expressway. I actually live in Newport News, and for a few years was commuting to Great Bride in Chesapeake, and it would take me about 50 minutes to an hour each way. From Moyock add another 10 to 15 minutes
