They provide a service for those who little/no credit but you pay for those cars in more ways than one. But then again, if your credit score is like a 400, and you only have $300, what else are you going to do. Ironically, you need good credit to qualify for $300 down. They also offered a dollar down, not sure if they do that anymore.

Cars are entirely too expensive these days. Not sure if it is better to pay $2,000 for a car from another owner and spend $3,000 on repairs or go into debt on a used vehicle.

When I saw this column this morning, I thought of this thread.

Comical used-car commercial as catchy as it is corny | HamptonRoads.com | PilotOnline.com

Wow, is that article really from today?!

And are you telling me that it's possible to see the Mack Mack guy perform in concert?

Also, it showed I was wrong on the location of Auto Connection. It's not HQ'd down south, its actually here in Tidewater. How about that.

Yes, it came out in today's paper - in the section called Daily Break.

And here I always thought it was the same guy doing both roles - the dancing dog and the dancing guy - and that they were brought together through technology. I never would have dreamed it's the dancing guy and his girlfriend. And that SHE actually comes up with the dance steps. Who would have thought?!

Hehehe... just think. We wouldn't even be having this conversation if you hadn't started this silly thread.

Even so, I still don't think I'd want to buy a car from him.

It must have been a slow day for her, wasn't that an editorial?

No, I don't think so. Just a regular column by Ms. Walker. She writes 2 or 3 columns each week on various topics.

C'mon, Lily. Those acid-washed jeans, glam rock hair, Parliament Funkadelic bass lines and outrageous dance moves only increase my trust tenfold.
