Anyone current or previous tenant at waypoint of city center in Newport News? We are looking to rent a one bedroom for short term in the city center area and we found this one. It has good reviews on apartmentratings.com. The only concern is that if there is a roach problem. I am asking because we've lived in kingstowne apartment before and they were everywhere but it's not easy to tell before moving in. Thank a bunch!!

I can't speak on whether or not waypoint of city center in NN has roach problems....just commenting to say that I have lived in some places that stated there was a huge roach problem where I was roach-free for my 2 year stay. I sometimes think in this area they're everywhere, though! I was always very vigilant about putting borax on my carpet and vacuuming it up.
