Need any info about Newport News Stoney Run area (Warwick/Denbigh blvd) and Hampton Phoebus area (Kelley Ave and Mallory St). Crime? Bad Neighborhood. Hampton would be short term 1 month. NN would be permenant.

They are building new condos under 200 at Stoney Run but the area is not all that impressive as the school system as well. Someone correct me if I am wrong!

neither area is the best in their respective city but if thats your only choices i would take hampton because it has a lot less crime than NN. The houses are a little aged in phoebus but you can find a couple young houses on the block.
