I sold my house of 20 years 2 years ago and made a great profit which helped me to put a big chunk on a nice home.

Default Virginia Beach Schools

The best way to evaluate the school systems is to visit the website at Virginia Beach City Public Schools this should answer many of your questions.

I went to Kempsville High about ten years ago and loved it. They have a strong emphasis on sports and it's a safe school. I walked to school every day and never had any concerns.

Cox is another 'good' school, though when I was going, they had a bit of an underground drug problem. I don't know if that's cleared up. I do know that they seemed to place emphasis on the arts more than Kempsville (I was an art student). They had some great sounding classes.

I can't comment too much on Green Run. My mom works there and she's passionate about the school and adores her kids. But it's not got a great reputation.

We used to live in Fairfield which was a nice area, fairly central to wherever you want to go (Norfolk, the beach, etc).
