I was wondering if anyone knew if the area around 980 Aiden Ct in Virginia Beach was a unsafe area, WE are from Michigan and are moving to the area.

I tried to mapquest that road (since I do not recognize it) and didn't find any results for Virginia Beach. Do you have the subdivision name or the zipcode?

I was wondering where she got Aiden from. Alden Ct is just down the road from Windsor Woods..it's a pretty nice neighborhood. I go thru there alot going to Home Depot and Sam's Club and the discount bakery!

I do know Alden Ct! A friend of mine used to live off of Wexler (next street over). The homes on the inside are fairly gorgeous (for being townhouses). The area is pretty nice, in my opinion.

The only thing that concerns me is the large number of homes being built on Plaza over in that area - traffic gets pretty heavy as a result. The people are really nice from what I've seen.

Thanks for the info but the funny thing I can't find this post anywhere in the ones I e-mailed from the Craig List. The lady e-mailed me back and used to live thee but got transfered and needs someone to take over the lease. She isn't around here anymore. There is no way I'm sending anyone money I never met. I have another one

In Portmouth on Tyler Cresent

I don't like Portsmouth period! I worked over there for a few years, travel thru there at least twice a week and I'm glad our company moved to Chesapeake 6 years ago. It's just never really had anything to offer in my opinion. If you have a lease contract with her, phone cons and all that stuff, make a deal to deal with a realtor to lease the place in VB. That's the safest way to make the transaction if you feel uncomfortable. She can set it up easily thru any realty agent.

That area of Portsmouth is in a well established neighborhood. Homes on the water sell for 600k to 800k and the street in question is just a few blocks away.

Safe neighborhood, and close to Maryview hospital.

You can now use "Streetview" on google to take a look at the area......

You can also use maps.live.com to look at the area, use the "birdseye" view to see an ariel photo of the area you're interested in.... this will not tell you about the area, but it'll give you a nice photo to match with any info you do get....... good luck......
