Hi! I have a little money set aside and while I realize the market isn't too hot right now, I would like to get into purchasing auctioned homes and flipping them.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? How do I find out about homes that are going to be auctioned?

Stay away from those foreclosure website dips. You can just work the banks. Look for bank owned properties. They love to work out deals before auctions. If they are banked owned you can deal with them and might just get a better deal. Check local and state auction sites. I have worked with a couple in NC. One place is Walker Commercial Services out of Roanoke, Va. His website list up coming auctions. He does Va.,Tenn, NC, GA. and Maryland. Just go to a few see what happens. There are deals and others looking for them also. Be sure you do your homework first. Good luck.
