Ok so here is the deal on me... I have some friends in Norfolk and Virginia Beach... I would love to move from Western New York to the area but haven't been able to find the right situation for me...
I am looking for an apartment but my budget is very low for the time being
I am trying to find something right around 300$ not including utilities...
Does anyone have a good website I could use to find a decent apartment for a single lady??
Also, I want to know if there are any programs in VA available for like houseing assistance. Something where they will help you get established. Is there maybe a program that will also help you fin a better job (because I will need one)?

Thanks
-Heather

I would contact the social services dept. in VaBch and Norfolk. Maybe your friends can help you find a place close to them?

How about looking on Craigs List for a room to rent situation? for that price range it is probably the best you can do. There is always work here, but the wages aren't always the highest....

Good Luck!!

Shelly
