I'm looking for a hay barn to hold my wedding reception in the Fall of 2009. I'm really hoping to find something in Pungo/Blackwater/Chesapeake... I've driven around Pungo and seen some possibilites, but have been too shy to stop and knock on any doors

So I'm hoping someone out there may offer up some ideas...
the Ruritan Club barn is too small...
the Hunt Club is a possibility...
we're going to look into Taylor Farms (although I don't know if it's even an option)

any other ideas?

Thanks for your help!
the Future Mrs Coleman...

On the way to Pungo there is a huge horse farm on the left. Maybe back in there? Or do you want something rustic, with horse patties and all?

haha i'm not looking for horse patties! just the quaint setting of a wooden barn so i can add lights and some touches... i'm working with a wedding planner so she'll be able to help me make any old building just as i envision it i'm hoping there must be someone in the area that has an old building sitting on their property... i'll drive out there again and look for the horse farm on the left... is it after the main intersection?

Gesz that horse farm is huge! And right AT the Pungo intersection. You can't miss the long drive lined with Bradford pear trees. But there's nothing rustic about it...it's a fairly new place.
