We are happy with our vet so far for our 2 English Mastiff pups, but are very interested in finding a vet that has experience with large breed dogs. The English Mastiff puppies are almost 5 months old and have had all their puppy shots, but I want to make sure we have an experienced vet for the spay/neutering process...

any recommendations?

Thanks!

I have Mastiffs and love my vet out in Suffolk, Academy Animal Care, Dr. Sears. They have seen all of mine over the years and few more of friends of mine.

My son has an English Mastiff, Buddy, who is 3 years old. He has a torn ligament in his back left knee. We know he needs surgery. Do you know of anyone in the Tidewater area who has done successful surgery of this kind? samashaw@yahoo.com

Try Pembroke Veterinary Hospital. Doctor Perry and Vilante are the best vets!
They are in Virginia Beach near Haygood area off Independence Blvd.

Years ago when I lived there I went to Acredale and really liked them. I only had cats at the time but saw plenty of large dogs in the waiting room.
