I am looking at the Rose and Womble Realty Company for my home-buying needs. Does anyone have any experiences with them?

They're a fine company just like any ReMax, Weichert, GSH, etc.

They're just as good as others, although I have an agent I've worked with on 3 transactions and she's great (she's with Coldwell Banker). Let me know if you'd like her name. She is SUPER experienced in this area, probably been in real estate here at least 20 years. She knows every area, every neighborhood, etc. She is very professional, but she is also a lot of fun. You can private message me here if you'd like her name!! Stephanie

R & W is a great company. Very heavy focus on new construction. Best in the Southside area of HR. They closed their Williamsburg office.
