Hi!
We are looking into renting a home or an apt. in Cheseapeake on a month by month basis, since our goal is to buy a home as soon as possible. We do not want to be stuck with a contract if we have found a home! is this possible?! I have called several rent ads and all of them want a 12 mo. lease... Anyone renting an apartment or home for a couple of months?

I am too looking to relocate and was on apartmentguide.com or any other apartment finder site and click the option for short term leases... aptguide may also show you availability and what the rent will be based on your lease term... some were as low as 3 months.

Start calling real estate companies and ask them......As many vacant homes for sale we have in the area finding one willing to rent to you month to month should not be that hard
