I just recently landed a job on the Southside and I'm looking to move to Chesapeake, but I dont know the area very well. My price range is $850-$1000/month and I'd prefer a two bedroom but I'm willing to settle for a one bedroom. I'm looking for something in a nice area. Does anyone have any info on whether Empirian of Chesapeake or Taylor Bend Apartments are decent? Any suggestions on any other good apartment complexes?

Apartment complex
Look at IvyStone apartments,I worked there 10 years ago as a maintenance mechanic.Everything is clean and the renters are decent people.Not sure what the price range is now.
