I'm not sure about that exact area but I live in Newport news. a neighboring city. what exactly do you want to know? Chesapeake itself is a great area. Stay out of the "south norfolk" section.

Woow that is great that is where I have been looking. i made couple of drive bys and it didn't look that bad. I am just looking for things about the area that people know or heard.

there is more crime, loitering,run down areas, and bad schools there. there is also some flooding issues in some of the neighborhoods but I dont remember which so if you decide ask around with some of the neighbors. also drive through the neighborhoods at night. I have not been in that area in about 4 yrs but havent heard anyone talk about anything positive happening.
