I know! I went up to the 31st floor (i think) a couple weeks ago at night. You can see all the lights and downtown norfolk and the oceanfront all from one room. It's amazing really.

Correct me if Im wrong but the asking price is for penthouses there is between 2.5-3M right?

Haha Well I'd go to Town Center, eventually I'd be able to ride light rail to the oceanfront in the summer, downtown norfolk to go see a tides or admirals game or a show/ play, and live in the tallest building in the state

As my primary home I always have dreamed of having something about 4500+ square foot, inground pool/hottub and on the water lol and if ever I could afford a 2nd home it would be a high rise penthouse in this awesome building I discovered through my many visits to DC/arlington/crystal city....I love going to DC as often as possible, maybe im crazy lol
