i have been looking at condos and townhomes in the williamsburg area, i noticed a lot of townhomes available in jamestown 1607 neighborhood. is this a coincidence or is it a bad area? feedback would be appreciated

Use this website Crime Watch - James City County - dailypress.com type in London Company ( a street in Jamestown 1607) and see for yourself what crimes are commited in the vicinity.

I know a lot of those units have flooded/do flood during hurricane season... We looked at a unit out there and weren't super impressed. Your mileage may vary

i live in jamestown 1607 and i've lived here for a long time. I think this neighborhood is great. we have several cops living here as well. We've been living here since 2007 and we've never heard or seen anything happen here.
