Does anyone have a suggestion for a good veterinarian at a somewhat low cost for my cat? I am looking for someone in the Kempsville area but would consider anywhere in Virginia Beach and Greenbrier area too. Thank you in advance for any advice.

I've never done a price comparison, but my 2 cats and my mom's cats have always gone to Chesapeake Animal off of Greenbrier. They've always taken great care of our cats and shown incredible empathy empathy when one was sick/dying. All the staff seem to remember many of the animals that come in (especially my problem child, haha), and having volunteered with them a few years ago, I can tell you that the behind the scenes care is also great. Here's their website if you'd like to know more or call them: Chesapeake Animal Hospital. We've always seen Dr. Kim, a very sweet, soft-spoken vet.
