Well, we soon moving up to Chesapeake VA from North Carolina.

Our son wanted to go to Grassfield high school, because he already had friends there. But it seem like we can't find any apartment complex or town house (internet) around there that actually at the right zone for our son to go.

And, so well we decide to drive up there on Thursday to search for some.

May you guys please help us, known any apartments or townhouse around there in Grassfield Zone?

Thank you,

Papivon

Sorry for my bad mispelling.

What is your rental price range and bedroom requirements? I just did a quick seach on the MLS and found 1 townhouse and 14 houses for rent in that school district, priced between $1075-2895/mo.

From my understanding, the Grassfield school district is in Deep Creek South (zip code 23323). That area has a lot of new construction, so it probably won't be too hard to find a town house. I can't recall any apartment complexes in that area.

I saw a story on the news a few months ago about how they are re-zoning the Grassfield district (and angering parents who moved specifically so their children can be in that school district). So be careful that you don't chose an area that is about to get re-zoned!

Thank you guys,

Well, there is a big reason we don't want to rent a house.

But the town house got to have 2-3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

I will also just go search for an apartments complexes just to be sure.

I will sure be careful not to pick zone that will soon be re-zoned. (re-zoning their children back do Deep-Creek. That is also not a good feeling either.)

Thank Again,
Papivon
