There is a drug called marinol which is a legeal marajuania derivitive. When I worked in various pharmacys, for 7 years before I changed professions) we dispensed it to cancer and HIV patients all the time. There are products out there, but I think doctors are afraid to prescribe them.

There have been studies and they found that marinol is not as effective as smoking the plant.

That maybe true, but it is better than nothing. Right now it is the only legal option.

I'm for it.

It would ease up jail space for people who need to be there like pedophiles.

Of course, I'm for entire legalization of marijuana, though. It would create jobs, small business would boom and the work place would be chill. Haha j/k

I don't use, btw. I just don't see the big deal with pot being illegal. Hard drugs are a different story.

co-signs last post. Mainly, I think if it helps cancer and HIV patients it should be considered.
