I'm trying to find out who owned the land where the old Williamsburg Outlet Mall sits? I know it was built in May of 1982 and before that it was just an open field... but I have some questions for the owner or the children/family of the owner. Any information will be helpful thanks.

(Mr Williamsburg, would you know this?)

Sorry, Before my time. If you go to the courthouse you can search the ownership...

Prime outlets is the company that "owns" the outlet mall in Williamburg, VA (not certain but if you want to check county records believe it is actually located in Toano, VA )

Did a quick google and the corporate office for Prime outlets is showing as 217 East Redwood Street, 20th floor: Baltimore, Maryland 21202.

Perhaps if you contacted them with your question they might be able to help.

The " Outlet Mall" in Williamsburg predates Prime Outlets by many years. Different owners and locations. Toano is a ways down Richmond Rd from both..
