Anyone know a good butcher in York or Harrisburg (York preferably) that sells kidneys and livers to make liver and kidney with mash and peas

I think Weavers in Dover, about a block up from the square, on Canal Road.Godfreys is excellent also. Weaver&Sons,{different than Weavers Dover}, is also good.
But if I was you, I'd walk the markets, Eastern, Central, both in York, but Lancasters is cool too, Those guys will get what you need, wrapped up exactly as you want it.

Eastern Market, Penn Market or Central Market or Markets at Shrewsbury would all have great butchers. You could also try Millers & Sons, which is in the West York area. They are at the markets, but I know they do processing for deer as well. Mr. Strohman is the butcher.
