Development in Harrisburg in the 1960s - 70s (Dauphin, Penn: apartment, rental)

I've been browsing the archives of the Patriot-News, but they don't go back far enough to provide me with anything useful. Does anyone have any newspaper clippings, photos, or other material centering around the development of downtown's hirises? Specifically, I'm looking for information on City Towers / Pennsylvania Place, Exec House, and Towne House.

I will literally flip over old apartment rental brochures and/or photos, but I'll settle for any newspaper clippings on the matter.

Maybe I'm showing my age but in the dim, distant past there used to be these places called libraries that had microfilm machines and dusty reels with lots of old newspapers stored thereon. But you'd better have a specific date in mind or a lot of time and it's best not to have a proclivity toward motion sickness.

If it helps to narrow the date range Dauphin County has posted every old plan and deed for online free access. If the real property has been transferred or remortgaged within the not so distant past you can usually find the deed by searching on the tax map number, it helps to have the county GIS property locator open in another window. The links are not obvious and the interfaces take a little getting used to but it sure saves a lot of trips to the recorder's office.

That's step two. Without search engines, and only knowing the year in which the buildings opened, that's going to be a LOT of effort.
