Walker township Gives the Fosters and Hopples free Land without publics input. River Road was just expanded and moved to allow for Buttonwood campers/traffic to now speed with their campers on Landis/River Road. Campers complained they needed curve fixed due to being a very sharp curve, ignoring the Foster road which was intended for the campers to begin with. Foster rd gave campers a much easier turn and had been there for decades but that was ignored. Town ship dished out tax payers money to move the river road where it met Landis St.. When the old road was removed, the land was given to two area residents free of charge. Township even leveled and planted grass for them also. All at tax payers expense. Township may even mow for them while being paid by tax payers fund no doubt. Land should have been offered at PUBLIC auction if it was to be offered at all. This is all done thanks to the buddy system and Corrupt Township Officials. In Mr. Casner’s own words "yea were corrupt, so what", who is a salary paid walker township supervisor and also employed driving a school bus for the Juniata school district. Being paid to do one job while working and also being paid at another, that’s the life.
