I guess this is the best place to post this as Harrisburg is the closest. WHY isn't there a thread for general South Central PA? (Lebanon, Lancaster, all the various small towns) - or why can't the Harrisburg thread expand to be more than just the few counties? We travel to: Lebanon, Annville, etc. (and sometimes have time to go back home through Lancaster). Husband is from there and I would love to see more info. about the areas, it's not as if Harrisburg thread alone is terrible busy (usually pretty dead). We're traveling that way again and no clue where to post questions as I'm sure those from out of the area would be even more clueless.

This tree has been barked up multiple times to no avail. Honestly, I forget the rational behind why the Harrisburg thread is so narrow in geographic scope especially since Lebanon, Lancaster, and York counties are arguably more or equally as connected to Harrisburg as Perry county but I can not speak for the mod. and his/hers reasons. Usually every year or so someone proposes that the Harrisburg thread should expand to include York, Lancaster, and Lebanon counties or some variation thereof and it fails to garner much support. For now, I would just post your questions in the general PA forum. Most of the regulars in there have quite a bit or at least some knowledge of the Lancaster area.
