Have you tried the YMCA in Harrisburg? It has a pool if you can push the grey hairs out of the way!

We moved away from Hbg nearly 4 years ago. At that time we were members of Gold's Gym, which had a location in Hummelstown with a pool. You'd have to call them to see if that's still the case.
