Hello - I'm considering a move from New York Hudson Valley area to Lebanon County (seems taxes are a little lower there). Does anyone have any helpful comments about Alden Place homes at Cornwall...or any other 55+ communities around that area?

Alden Place seems like a very nice place. The location is good. You are close to Mt Gretna and Lititz which has some very nice shops. There is a nice walking and bike trail nearby also. The homes are well built by a local builder, Garman Builders. The one thing I did notice was that most of the residents seem to be in their late sixties and early seventies, very few 55 up and still working but that might have changed since more homes have been built.
