Just trying to get some information on the new townhouses being built behind Giant off Spring Garden Street. They are being advertised as affordable housing but their prices are not necessarily affordable. They don't seem to return any of their phone calls even though they have ads all over the place. Has anyone had any experience renting from Woda Group, the company that is building them? I am tired of renting from disrespectful landlords but I don't want to move into a worse situation. Any information is appreciated.
